Peace in the Valley

So here is an update of how things are going and where we are at in the process......our homestudy is finished and the paperwork as well as our complete file is now on its way to the Youth Protection here and our agency for final approval, we are hoping to get all of this in the mail to the far east as of September 1st which is rapidly approaching!   Where exactly did the summer go???  

And maybe recieve a referral  (Oh my goodness that would mean a picture of our little dumpling!!!!!!) by middle of October??!!   Please pray with us for approval from the CCA* in Ch*na as we still do not meet one of the financial requirements....I have complete peace about all of this however because it is totally out of my hands now, I have come to the end of my small human effort and am now in the absolute best place to be in....in the hands of my beautiful Jesus!   He will take care of all of these details because our daughter is waiting and He loves her so much more than we can even fathom!!!!   

Here is a complete breakdown of what we have paid so far and what we are still fundraising towards:

Agency fees paid: $750
Power of Attorney paid: $200 (this is so that I can travel alone and pick up our daughter)
Homestudy paid: $1200
Medical, Birth and Marriage Certificates:  $100
Dossier Fees to the agency: $2620
In country fees for Ch*na (notary, civil affairs, passport etc.)  $1000 paid

Praise God this is all paid for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Lord has brought the total bracelets sold up to 324!!!!


This brings us to the end for now of what we have to pay for here in Quebec for the adoption, the next amount we are working towards is our Orphanage Contribution which is  $5150  So this is our next goal, any money raised from Bracelet sales from today on will be going towards this next chunk!  Please consider ordering one or two or three, they make great gifts!  Don't know about you but out of necessity (to find the best bargains) I am an early, very early, Christmas shopper! Maybe you are too.....................................
